Arcade machine rental for events

We enjoy a long and extensive experience since we started this adventure in 2015.

Video games that never go out of style!

Equipped with the latest technology and offering all the classic games from the 80s and 90s, boost your events, offering the best entertainment for all generations!

Whether it is a machine or a complete arcade set, we offer you the best selection suitable for your company’s needs.

Make them enjoy the arcade games of the 80s and 90s again!

We rent customized arcade machines for all your events (trade fair, entertainment room, seminars, corporate parties, birthdays, etc.) or in your company’s office. We adapt our offer to satisfy all your needs and we offer you different types of rentals as well as expanding the catalog, with pinballs, foosballs, billiards and hook machines, among others.

Arcade machines for every kind of event

At REX Arcade we rent arcade machines, pinballs, table football, claw machines and other amusement machines to bring any event to life. We work with companies, event agencies and private clients, and we help you choose the machines that best suit your audience and the space available.

Corporate events

Christmas dinners, team-building days, conventions, openings or company parties: arcade machines create a meeting point where your guests mingle, compete and have fun. A 4-player arcade machine is ideal for several colleagues to play at the same time.

Trade fairs and stands

At a trade fair, an arcade machine draws visitors to your stand and keeps them there longer. Customise it with your brand and it becomes an advertising piece nobody overlooks.

Weddings and birthdays

A retro corner with arcade machines and pinballs entertains guests of all ages: older guests relive the 80s and 90s classics, and younger ones discover them for the first time.

Festivals and public events

For festivals, local celebrations, shopping centres or entertainment venues we can set up several machines and create a complete gaming area.

How the rental works

Request: tell us the date, the venue, the type of event and which machines you are interested in using the form on this page.
Quote: we prepare a tailored quote based on the machines, the number of rental days and the event location.
Delivery and set-up: we bring the machines to the venue and leave them installed and ready to play.
Collection: when the event is over, we collect the machines. All you have to do is enjoy it.

Rental in Barcelona and across Spain

We are based in Sabadell (Barcelona), so we work every day in Barcelona and its metropolitan area, and we also bring our machines to events elsewhere in Spain. Rentals are only available in Spain.

Machines customised with your brand

Most of our rental machines can be customised with your company’s corporate design, your logo or your campaign artwork (original pinballs cannot be customised). It is an original way to reinforce your brand at trade fairs, product launches and corporate events, and to give your guests something different to remember.

Rental FAQ

Is delivery included?

Delivery and set-up are quoted separately, depending on the distance to the venue and the set-up required. We itemise it in your quote.

How many days can I rent the machines for?

You can rent them for as little as one day. The price depends on the number of days and the machines you choose.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking about two weeks in advance, or a month if you want the machines customised with your brand.

What do I need at the venue?

Just a suitable space for the machines and a nearby power socket. You will find the dimensions of each model under “Available models”; if in doubt, tell us how much space you have and we will advise you.
